Install Bluestacks on PC..
Step 1 : Download Bluestacks app click here
After download you may install it on your PC or laptop running Windows7 and then its done..personally I use Whatsapp on Windows.thank you
Bluestacks also can sync with your android device as well..just setting the cloud mode and done!!
